Dr. Md. Golam Rahman Bhuiyan , (Bengali- ড. মোঃ গোলাম রহমান ভূঁইয়া ) a human rights activist and Advocate in Bangladesh Supreme Court and the founder and Chairman of manobadhikar O Samaj Unnayan Sangstha – MOSUS.

He is Vice President of Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association (2018-2019) He is also Ex Vice President of the Coordinating Council for Human rights in Bangladesh (CCHRB) (Bengali বাংলাদেশ মানবাধিকার সমন্বয় পরিষদ – বামাসপ), a Federation of 350 human rights and development organizations.

He is also Vice President of the Federation of NGO’s in Bangladesh (FNB), Dhaka District. He is the Editor and Publisher of Weekly Ain Pakkha and monthly Banglar mail. He is also Editor of the Appex law Report (ALR) and Jogosutra (Dhaka District NGO Directory). Mr. Golam Rahman Bhuiyan was born on 01 January, 1969 in Village Kharihor, Thana Shahrasti, District- Chandpur
