Manobadikar O Samaj Unnayan Sangstha- MOSUS – has undertaken a number of development programs for improving socio- economic situation in the program area of poor and marginalized section in the country. The major program initiatives of mosus are as follows.

Major activates of MOSUS

  1. Identification of service recipients Mosus is conducts short survey to identify the socio- economically exploited and victims due to victims of human and women rights.
  2. Case study recording of the serice recipients. The identified service recipients are individualized or distinguished considering the nature of problems and needs and the scope of actions.
  3. Identification building the service recipients are grouped in to difficult groups (small institutions) motivated, oriented consoled and socialized unwieldy to take combined efforts of their development or even survival smoothly.
  4. Skill development education and human rights and adult Illiteracy. MOSUS provides adult lifecycle to it’s service recipe cuts and excited them about the significance and utility of this education in their lives.
  5. Skill development trainings scheme based to generate income. This type of trainings are provided to the serive recipients which is concern with certain of employment opportunities and generations income particularly for the and by the women to empower them. So that they can hold position in the families and society and get dignity or rights and recognition for enjoyment of the same.
  6. Utility of trainings through microcredit support MOSUS supports it’s skilled and trained service recipients with a very small amount of credit to the IGP schemes to raise their income and form small capital of their own with them savings.
  7. Health care servicess Basically their program activity is bordtl or health come education and diseases control prowention initiatives ( STD/HIV/ AIDS.S diseases and others) so that the benefits can be proceed tram drain out due to medicine expenses.

Providing training where as possible.
Promotional activists mosus has been disseminating messages on HIB/AIDS through printed leaflet, poster, and messages are delivering through its micro credit programme pass book and ot hers printing materials.
Campaign activities: In order to disseminate key messages on HIV/AIDs, different cultural program like open stage drama, folklore song’s and Video Shows are organized in community level. These activities ultimately have put a positive impact on the community people to change their sexual behavioral as well take presentation measures against HIV/AIDS.

TRAINING & LEGAL TRAINING.
Training change the knowledge, skill and attitude of human this helps to implement activities to achieve project objectives. We are working in society; everything are changing day by day including human behavior in this dynamic society. So staff should be innovative, creative and knowledge full. Other hand beneficiaries have a level in terms of skill, knowledge, attitude and consciousness. To implement any project, it requires training for beneficiary’s maximum time so that they can easily implement their taken project. Mosus recognizes the staff capacity building is an essential part for achieving program target. With this view, in its organizational structure Mosus has undertaken training program.This training program arranges training on different courses for different level of staff and beneficiaries. The training courses are designed according to the need of the staff and beneficiaries. These courses are conducted by the skilled trainers of the organization. Often assistance are taken form the external sources.
