Social Protection & Development
MOSUS believes that true social progress is only possible when vulnerable groups are protected and empowered to live with dignity. Our Social Protection & Development initiatives aim to reduce poverty, promote inclusion, and create opportunities for disadvantaged communities across Bangladesh.

Our Activities
Disability in Development Program
The disabled in our society are the most neglected and stranded section of human beings. To make themselves self-reliant and acceptable to our society, Mosus has undertaken this program with a challenge. Mosus has its CHDRP and social communicators to identify the disabled, give them PRT and different assistive devices, along with RLF and legal assistance. so that they can contribute to the development process and make a position in society.
Awareness Raising & Prevention of HIV/AIDS
We arrange public health education, behavioral change communication, and prevention programs.
ADULT LITERACY & CHILDRENâS HUMAN RIGHTS EDUCATION
Mosus operates a non-formal adult and childrenâs Human rights education program for its beneficiary communities with the introduction of a non-traditional approach in terms of techniques, materials & methods. In adult education, Mosus emphasizes the education of illiterate men & women who can propagate development messages and contribute to the strengthening of the family and Society.
Identification of Service Recipients
MOSUS conducts short surveys to identify socio-economically exploited individuals and victims of human rights and womenâs rights violations
Group Building & Motivation
Identified recipients are grouped, motivated, and oriented into small institutions, enabling them to consolidate efforts for survival and long-term development.
Womenâs Empowerment & Income Generation
MOSUS implements skill development training schemes aimed at creating income opportunities, particularly for women, to ensure dignity, rights, and recognition in families and society.
Microcredit & Income Support
Skilled and trained recipients are supported with microcredit for small income-generating projects (IGPs). This helps them raise income, build savings, and develop their own capital base.
