At Manobadhikar O Samaj Unnayan Sangstha (MOSUS), our Human Rights Preservation Program is dedicated to protecting the fundamental rights of vulnerable communities and promoting justice, equality, and dignity for all. This program is implemented through the following activities..

Human Rights Preservation Program Activities
- MOSUS offers educational legal advice and training to recipients for rights preservation and the protection against human rights violations.
- Conflict mitigation is carried out with the participation and intervention of the Human Rights Preservation Committee.
- Laws that affect human rights are submitted to the respective authorities with recommendations for amendments.
- Highlighting committed issues to the public through annual reports and newspapers.
- Arranging workshops, seminars, meetings, training, and other information-disseminating activities.
- MOSUS offers paralegal training to representatives of allied NGOs.
- Paralegal training is also provided to school and college students for the protection and preservation of.
- MOSUS observes all human rights-related observational days as declared by the United Nations.
- In cases of severe human rights violations, MOSUS undertakes initiatives to draw the attention of civil society, organize the public, and mobilize urgent legal action.
- Rehabilitation programs through the introduction of small-scale schemes for the unemployed and disabled.
- Consciousness raising on healthy sanitation and pure water use.
- Establishment of public leprosy centers.
- Establishing coordination, cooperation, and linkage with government agencies and NGOs that collaborate with MOSUS in this region.

Nature of Beneficiaries Covered
The program serves:
- The poor, vulnerable, destitute, and exploited people who are illegally deprived of legal rights or are victims of injustice.
- Women and children are deprived of fundamental rights and are victims of human rights violations.
- Individuals who are unaware of human rights preservation procedures and legal aid options in case of victimization.
- People are unable to pursue legal action against deprivation, torture, or exploitation due to a lack of human or financial support.
